Position: Used Car Manager

Location: Dealership

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Used Car Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of our used car department.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales consultants, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase used car sales and profitability
- Source and purchase used car inventory through auctions, trades, and private sales
- Evaluate and price trade-ins and oversee the reconditioning process
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
- Work closely with the finance department to secure financing for customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote team cohesion

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales and management
- Strong knowledge of the used car market and pricing trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in technology and computer systems
- Valid driver's license
